This coffee is complex and clean, making it super easy to drink and enjoy. It is a micro-lot from the El Palmichal farm, consisting of 100% Tabi varietal. Tabi meaning "good" in a native Colombian dialect, is exactly that. Its good, clean, sweet, with a  moderate acidity that brightens each cup. A awesomely balanced cup and a truely fine coffee.
